We strive to provide accurate, prompt service. We realize time is a key factor in many situations, but we prefer not to sacrifice quality and thoroughness over time constraints, typically we require 5-7 days to complete the appraisal after we have visited the site.

We believe direct communication of condition (including FHA repair if needed) is an important issue for our clients and a key to good customer service.

Our turnaround time, typically, is 5-10 business days from the date the request is received. There are, however, situations that will require shorter or longer turnaround times. Please let us know if you have a deadline to meet and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.

We have a highly digitized office and provide high-quality digital reports computer generated in full color.  There will be additional fees for printed and mailed reports.
